Machine wash cold (30°C) on a gentle cycle with mild detergent.
Zip it up and turn it inside out before washing.
Do not use fabric softener. It coats the fleece and flattens the pile.
Do not bleach.
Tumble dry on low, or air dry flat. High heat mats the fleece permanently.
Do not iron.
Wash before first wear.
